We provided MEP engineering services for the tenant improvement of a newly constructed speculative shell building.

The project is comprised of yoga studio spaces and ground floor retail. We provided a displacement ventilation system for air delivery to the yoga studios for increased IAQ, comfort, and energy efficiency. The design includes an integrated wall panel, which serves as the displacement air diffuser, an acoustical surface, lighting devices, and an architectural finish.
